Qita is a couple finance management application that automatically calculates the equity of shared expenses based on each partner's income.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using the Qita application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the application.

3. Registration and User Account

To use Qita, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Application Features

Qita offers the following features:

• Creation and management of a shared couple space
• Recording of common expenses
• Automatic calculation of the distribution ratio based on income
• Balance tracking between partners
• Multi-currency management
• Transaction history

5. Premium Subscription (Qita Serenity)

Certain advanced features are reserved for Premium subscribers. The subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen option.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Qita application, its design, features, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is prohibited.

7. Liability

Qita is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Calculations provided by the application are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.

8. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes.
